My career has always centered around one core value: being of service to others by creating memorable, uplifting, and transformative experiences. With over 20 years of experience in energy modalities, vibrational healing, and consciousness work, I have dedicated my life to helping others restore harmony and reconnect with their inner brilliance. I was honored to help build the Integrative Health Education Center at Normandale Community College, where I also taught for many years-sharing wisdom in Sound Healing, Feng Shui, Mediation, Mantra, and Chanting. I have also taught at Anoka-Ramsey Community College, empowering students with tools for personal transformation and energetic balance. Whether through sacred sound, mindfulness, energy alignment, or the ancient art of Feng Shui, my work creates a sanctuary for healing, renewal, and vibrant living.
