CANCELLATIONS
In consideration of our hard-working employees, we require a credit card to book and hold your appointment. However, you will not be charged until your appointment is complete. We also require at least a 24-hour notice to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations made with less than a 24-hour notice are charged in full for the booked service. Thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
If you are running late, every effort will be made to deliver your service. However, appointments may have to be rescheduled or shortened, to serve the next Sanctuary guest.
RETURNS
Retail: Retail purchased from Sanctuary is eligible for return 14 days from the original date of purchase. It must be unused and saleable. Clothing items must have tags on. All sales are final on the Sonoma lavender, Grande lash, Blinc, jewelry, hair tools and accessories, nail products, make-up, travel sizes and any items purchased on sale at a discounted price.
Service: If you are dissatisfied with your service at Sanctuary for any reason, please notify the salonspa manager within 72 hours of the service date.
CONSULTATIONS
All services begin with a thorough consultation, the most important part of the salonspa experience. We make every effort to listen and discuss exactly what our guests are expecting. As wishes are discussed, we ask our guests to voice any issues, concerns, allergies or medical conditions. Before the service is performed, the team will discuss the process as well as the products that will be used. We will do our best to give accurate pricing and timing predictions on color changes and corrections, or spa service goals. We want you to be 100% satisfied.
Our service providers will offer product recommendations to duplicate your style at home, or skin and body care for continued maintenance and to achieve your desired results.
CHILDREN & GUEST SAFETY AND ENJOYMENT
To ensure the safety of our guests/staff, and to allow us to give each guest our undivided attention, we ask that children be brought to Sanctuary only if they have an appointment.
In addition, only the person receiving the service is permitted on the styling floor or in the spa rooms. It is our goal to keep the environment relaxing and safe for all of our guests.

Please silence your phone to ensure that all of our guests receive the relaxing experience we strive to provide.
GROUPS AND COUPLES
Celebrate at Sanctuary for work or play. A spa day is a wonderful way to get together with friends or family and to reward employees. Together massages provide a way to share your experience with someone special.

PRICES
Prices vary by service provider and are based on their level of experience and demand for their services. All salon prices are subject to change without prior notice. All service tickets include a service price addition of $3.95 and is included as part of your service cost. This service price is used towards Employee benefit funds mandated under statute 181.9445-.9448.
IS CURBSIDE PICKUP AVAILABLE FOR RETAIL AND GIFT CARDS?
Yes. We will continue our curbside service. You may call in your retail or gift card order with a credit card number and we will joyfully bring your purchase to your car. You may also call in your order for an inside pick-up. We are always available for a spontaneous retail or gift card purchase and pick-up and will be here to gratefully help you.
